Interment at St. Mary's efinetecy. r WILLIAM UNDKE William Lindke, of Middleport, died at midnight last night in the Medina Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He is survived by bis wife and one daughter, For many years Mr. Lindke was in the shoe business in Medina with John Chapman. Later he moved to Middleport and opened a store of his own which he operated until ill health forced him to retire. Funeral arrangements have not been made. Twenty three members were pres- ent. Following the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting by Secretary Victor Rook and the report of Cornelius C. Haitz, Na- tional Counselor for the Medina Chapter, plans were discussed for holding the Medina Memorial Hos- pital Dance at the State Armory on April 2nd and the securing of a suitable orchestra for the occasion. The dance held last year by the organization to help raise funds for the securing of an X-ra,v ma- chine for the Hospital was one of the most successful affairs in many years with approximately $1,500 raised for this philanthropic cause.
