Hospital aut- horities yesterday indicated hia condition as having improved. He sustained a broken left leg. According to Sergeant Hurry Adams, Stato Police, Troop A.. Os- trander was hit by a car driven by Jacob Weber, 8», Wlndmoru road, Lockport. Weber formerly ran a Jewelry store here.
