Fined $15 For Reckless Driving When 4 Are Hurt Clifford W. Fearby Held After Sunday P. M. Crash Arraigned before Police Justice Fred B. Skinner, Monday, Clifford W. Fearby, 27, of 410 East Center St., was fined $15 after he plead- rd guilty to a charge of reckless driving brought against him by Annunziato Barber, 41 Malard St., Brockport, following an auto- mobile accident at 8:50, Sunday night In which four persons were injured. The accident occurred on West Center Street between Florence Avenue and Beech Drive when Barber, proceeding west, swerved to the south to avoid Fearby's car which was approaching from the opposite direction and alleged- ly on the wrong side of the thor- oughfare. Fearby, according to Medina police, also swung to the south and slruck the Barber ve- hicle in the right side. Both cars were damaged beyond repair. The four persons injured, all of whom were treated at Medina Memorial Hospital, were: Rose Zambito, 15, Albion, sprained right shoulder. Dominic Barber, brother of the driver of 41 Malrd St., Brockport, laceration of eye, abrassions on right ear, knee and hand. Joseph Minnecl, 29, of Day St.. Albion, abrasions of right ear and leg and back concusion. Gerald Downey, 28, 80 Prospect Ave., Buffalo, laceration of scalp, skin abrasions and contusion of right leg. Downey, the only person riding with Fearby, was picked up by Fearby while hitch-hiking to Hoi- ley. Fearby and Annunziato Barber escaped injury. Fearby was arrested at the scene of the accident by Officers Alfred Nudd and William Mott of the Medina Police Department. He was held Sunday night when unable to raise $10O bail.
