Peter Grucci and Walter Ren- dell maintained that it was unfair to have any restrictions other than one-hour parking in the bus- iness district on Bell port Lane and that there should be no difference in parking regulations for the en- tire busines s district. It was agreed by the board that another public hearing be held June 12 on a change in the ord- inance so that the one-hour par- king restriction would be the only one on the west side of Bellport Lane and that only in the residen- tial zone to Osborn Avenue would there be a restriction that there shall be no parking from 9 p. m. to 7 a. m. The Long Island Advance was designated as the official news- paper of the village for the bal- ance of the fiscal year after a no- tice was read notifying the board of the consolidation of the Pat- chogue Advance and the Moriches Tribune.
