Her gown was like that of the matron-of-honor. She also car- ried a bouquet of deep pink car- nations. George Koclanes of Mountain View. Calif., was best man. Don- ald Forsyth , a brother of the bride , was usher. The bride is a graduate of Woodburn High School in Moun- tain VieAV and attended Oregon State College. She is emp loyed as an accountant at the missile and space division of Lockheed Air- craft. The bridegroom is a graduate of Sayville High School and the University of Maine. He is em- ployed by General Electric and is presentl y assigned to the missile and space division of Lockheed Aircraft in California. Following the wedding cere- mony, a reception was held in the home of the bride ' s pai'ents. RUBINO — PREVETE On May 6 at 3:30 p. m., the marriage of Miss Jean Prevete , daug hter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Prevete of 10 Phyllis Road , Mas- tic Beach , to Phillip Rubino, son of Mrs. Mary Rubino of Brooklyn and Mastic Beach , and the late Mr. Rubino , took p lace at the St. Vin- cent de Paul R. C. Church in Brooklyn. Father Powell officiated at the double ring ceremony be- fore the altar banked with baskets of white flowers. Given in marriage by her father , the bride wore a gown of classic white Chantilly lace , fashioned with a fitted bodice and a full skirt sweeping into a long chapel train. Her short veil of tulle illusion was held in p lace by a rhinestone tiaia and she carried a bouquet of white orchids sur- rounded by white p lantain lilies. Mrs. Theresa Scudiero of Brook- l yn , matron-of-honor , wore a bal- lerina-length gown of pastel lav- ender chiffon featuring a fitted bodice and very full skirt over taffeta , with a small matching hat. Her bouquet was of yellow asters. Mrs. Gladys Lauricella of Rich- mond Hill and Miss Gloria La- tierzo of Brooklyn were brides- maids and were attired in gowns of dark lavender chiffon identical in style to tha t of the matron-of- honor. Their bouquets were also of yellow asters. James Blevins of Brooklyn was best man and Dominick Sperlazzo of Brookl yn and Frank Campbell of Mastic Beach acted as ushers. Thomas Bonacuso and Raymond DeGiciamo of Brooklyn , nephew and cousin of the bride , respec- tively, wore altar boys. A recep tion was held at 7:30 p. m. in the Coach Room of Ri- cardo ' s Restaurant in Astoria for 200 people. Following a two-week trip to the Poconos Mountains , Pa., where they stayed at the Split Rock Inn , Mr. and Mrs. Rubino will take up lesidence in Brooklyn. MARTIN — KNIGHT Miss Amelia Knight, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Knig ht of Dana Avenue , Mastic, became the bride of Warren Martin of Selden at 4 p. m. Sunday at St. John ' s Episcopal Church in Cen- ter Moriches. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Willard Kile. Given in marriage by her father , the bride wore a ballerina-length white flocked organdy gown over taffeta , styled with a round neck- line and short sleeves. Her illusion fingertip veil was attached to a seed pearl crown and she carried a colonial bouquet of white carna- tions. The maid-of-honor was Miss Betsv Parr of Ma s tic. She was at- tired in a pink ballerina-length nylon and lace gown over taffeta , fashioned with a strapless bodice and lace bolero. She wore a yellow picture hat and a corsage of yel- low tea roses. Howard Martin of Selden served as best man for his brother. Gail Ann Copenhaver of Center Moriches was flower girl. She wore a full-length white flowered blue organdy gown over taffeta , a wreath of blue flowers and a wrist corsage of peppermint car- nations. Following the ceremony a re- ception for the immediate family and close friends was held in the parish hall. A buffet supper was served. Mr. and Mrs. Martin are resi- ding on Willis Avenue , Mastic. The bride attended William Floyd High School in Shirley and is emp loyed by Rolhc , Inc., m Pat- chogue. Her husband is employed by William ' s Marina Corporation in Seaiord.
