Mr. Drum and the congregation were Linda Linsen- barth who will attend the Youth Leadershi p Training School in Pennsylvania and George Schultz who will be a delegate to the Luther League convention in Mi- ami , Fla., this Summer. The Rev. Harold Drum is at- tending the convention of the Eastern District of the American Luthera n Church at Gettysburg College , Gettysburg, Pa., from June 12 to 16 , where he is serving on the Floor Committe e on Elec- tions. St. Mark' s Church Women will include an afternoon group with the first meeting to take place at 1 p. m. July 5 in the churc h base- ment. The program will be the same as the evening group, who will meet June 21. The evening group sponsored a kitchen shower and many useful articles were add- ed to the kitchen. They are work- ing on curtains for the church basement. Plans for the future include the making of cookies as refreshments for the Vacation Church School and a Strawberry Festival to take place from 2 to 4 p. m. Jul y 2 , with Mesdames Franz Nicolay, refreshment chair- men and Frederick Brodman in charge of entertainment. Worship services at the church , William Floyd Parkway, are at 8 and 10:30 a. m. Sunday School for all children is at 9:15 a. m. and choir rehearsal at 8 p. m. Thursday.
