A total of 265 children joined the Reading Club this Summer and 155 read the required 10 books and wrote satisfactory book reports. They were , then , eli gible for a di ploma and an invitation to the party. It was necessary to divide thc §> ¦ group in half and the two partie . were held in tlv meting room at the library at 1:30 and . '' - .. '50 p. m. last Wednesday. Prizes were given to the 26 children who had read 30 book. - during the six-week session.
