JAR7IS , 04 , died September 11 at his home on 115 Fulton Avenue , Mastic, after a brief illiness. He was born August ti , 1897 , in Brooklyn and was a summer resident here many years , and a year round resident several years. He was a retired motorman for the New York City Rap id Transit and a veteran of World War 1. Survivors include his wife. Elea- nor , of Mastic; three sons, Robert Jarvis , Thomas Jam ' s and Francis Brown ; his mother , Mary Becker; a sister , Agnes Pugh; a brother , Harry Becker and two grand- children.
