A reception with a cocktail hour was held at the Thatched Cottage , Centerport , for about 150 guests. The couple left on a two weeks ' honeymoon to Canada and upon their return will reside in Hun- tington. The bride is a graduate of Port Jefferson High School. Her hus- band is a graduate of Huntington High School and has served four years in the Navy. Scott of Hinsdale , 111., a sister of the bride. She was at- tired in a ballerina-length emerald green taffeta gown with a match- ing pillbox headpiece. The couple left for a two weeks ' wedding trip touring the Southern states and upon returning home they will reside in Middle Island. Mrs. Valder was graduated from Port Jefferson High School and holds degrees from Syracuse Uni- versity. She graduated from Coch- lan School of Nursing of St. Johns Riverside Hospital in Yon- kers and is presently employed as a public health nurse with the Suffolk County Department of Health in Yaphank. Her husband graduated from Murray Hill Vocational High School in New York City and ser- ved three years in the Army with the 14th Infantry. Hie spent a year in Korea. He is employed b y the Suffolk County Mosquito Control Commission in Yap hank. She probabl y loves to help. And think how proud dad will be to find that she ' s made the meat loaf. Or even the boy in your family could try — men are taking a hand in the cooking more and more. This Potato Chip Meat Loaf is different from the ordinary recipe And by the way how about using potato chips for topping for scal- loped potatoes , macaroni and cheese and or cheese pudding ? Just crush the potato chips sprin- kle on top and dot with butter. POTATO CHIP MEAT LOAF 2 eggs , beaten V_ cup milk V_ teaspoon salt V_ teaspoon pepper 1 cup crushed potato chips 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sau- ce 5 drops Tobasco sauce 1 \_ pounds ground beef x k cup chopped onion ^^^^ Combine eggs , milk , salt , pep- per , Worcestershire sauce and To- basco sauce in a bowl . Add ground beef and onion and mix well. Add crushed potato chi ps and mix quickly.
