ROUGH WINTER — Area was hit by series of heavy snowfalls last Winter including a \ wet\ 17-inch fall February 3 and 4 said to have been worst in 12 years. Goldfein — Lower Photo by David Jenkins KILLED July 15 when car overturned on sharp curve at Mill Road and Railroad Avenue , Ron- konkoma , were Marie Hartenstein, 17 , and John Scionti, 16, both of Ronkonkoma. Police said five other teen-agers , including driver , Lawrence Mazzola , 18 , of Ronkonkoma , were hurt. Mazzola told police he was travelling about 35 miles an hour when the accident occurred at about 1 a. m.
